Held monthly at The Forge, our Upstate headquarters 90-minutes from New York City.

  • Gate opens at 8am.

  • Programming starts at 9am.

  • Ends at noon.

  • This is for the man who’s ready to take off the mask. For the man who’s been carrying too much, alone. For the man ready for real connection—with himself, with other men, and with something greater. For the man who wants to lead with integrity, love more fully, and stand rooted in who he truly is.

  • This is a co-created gathering—a circle of men bringing their gifts, stories, and grit. The evening will be led by Kalin Moon (@kalin.moon), founder of Rituals of Man, father, husband, guide and longtime student of men's work and indigenous wisdom. He is currently seeking additional lead facilitators to help co-create the foundation of Rituals of Man in New York City.

  • Water bottle, bathing suit, towel, hiking shoes and work out clothing.

  • Rituals of Man gatherings are co-created spaces of activated men — each one bringing his stories, gifts and grit to the fire. We gather as a call for freedom, truth, connection and joy in our lives and the world. Together, we remember our purpose and blaze our path.

    We meet in honesty.
    With sacredness.
    With presence.

    No lecture.
    No advice-giving.
    No fixing.
